Complete and submit the Print Request Form provided below with all required details at least 7 days before the event to allow sufficient time for printing and distribution.
2. Poster Review for Print Guidelines
Our team will review your poster to ensure it meets all printing guidelines.
3. Approval and Processing
If approved, we will process your request and print your poster and flyers.
If not approved, we will return the design to you for necessary edits.
4. Print Pickup or Drop-Off
Completed prints will be available for pickup on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, unless the drop-off option at Information Central is selected or otherwise noted.
